The applicant has to attach the following documents ( both in original and copy)
*Valid passport + 2 picture
*Round Trip flight booking
*Original final qualification of secondary studies, Obtained with at least 12 years of schooling, or replacement certificate for all legal purposes
*Certificate issued by the competent University attesting the exams passed, as well as for each discipline, the detailed programs for the title of the aforementioned qualifications.
*Certificate attesting to the passing of academic suitability tests, incase required
*The summary of pre-enrollment application as validated by the university( academic eligiblity by universitaly)
*Bank statement of 318,000 ETB in one’s own name or in name of parents
*Linguistic Knowledge must be certified in pre enrollment application and in any letter of elliigiblity for enrollment
*The availability of the amount needed for repatriation, also verifiable by showing the return ticket.
*A suitable accomodation in the national territory
*Adequate insurance coverage, for medical treatment and hospitalization( schengen Travel Insurance)
Fullfillments upon arrival in Italy
within Eight working days upon arrival in italy with a National type D visa for Study, candidates must submit the application for a residence permit
The basic application Steps are as follows
Step 1: Select program and submit Application documents
Step 2: Pay Processing fee 28,800 ETB and sign an Agreement
Step 3: Pass online Exam or interview with university (if any)
Step 4: Get your acceptance letter and Pre Enrollment certificate
Step 5: Legalize your document and translate it to Italian language
Step 6: Book Appointment at the embassy of Italy
Step 7: Legalize Documents from the Embassy of Italy, and book Visa interview date
